Objective/Goal: overseeing 230+ commercial real estate portfolio valued at over $46 million
Key Responsibilities: managed the day to day operations of a historic business corridor designing programs that boosted economic advancement, Street beautification, and maintenance. Role: Visioning and Strategic Collaboration Lead
Objective: re-envision an existing underutilized commercial property in the Near West Side neighborhood to maximize its value, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborated virtually with an esteemed architectural firm (Quorum Architects) to develop innovative space transformation concepts. Used evidence-based research to validate ideas and support decision-making.
