Angelique holds a Master's in Cultural Foundations of Community Engagement & Education, a Bachelor's in Community Policy Studies, and certifications as a Small Business Coach and Financial Health Counselor. Her mission is to unlock the boundless potential of communities, organizations and people.

TJ Bowling is an operational force and systems thinker with over a decade of experience driving organizational development and learning infrastructure. As the Co-Founder and Strategic Management Specialist at LADYINC Ventures™, TJ is the engine behind the firm’s enterprise systems, learning and development initiatives, and organizational compliance. 

From vision to execution, TJ ensures the organization operates like a well-oiled machine where communication flows clearly, systems function efficiently, and every team member is fully onboarded, trained, and technically equipped to thrive. A collaborative powerhouse, he works closely with Angelique to align business strategies across internal operations and client engagements, keeping the mission moving with precision and purpose. 

Holding a Bachelor's in Communications with a specialization in systems and organizational management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, TJ brings structure, rhythm, and flow to the firm.
